Description

Support the execution of the RACF Access Control, Onboarding & Clean-up track as a Deputy Project Manager. You will work in a regulated banking environment, acting as deputy to the RACF Project Leader, driving progress across business delivery teams, and managing governance and reporting. You will also identify automation opportunities to improve delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support and act as deputy to the RACF Project Leader in planning and executing project activities

• Drive progress across Business Delivery teams

• Facilitate daily project team meetings and workshops

• Maintain documentation, action, and decision logs

• Track project risks and escalate issues as needed

• Prepare status reports and presentations for management

• Manage project governance processes

• Identify and recommend automation opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience managing projects in banking or financial services

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

• Strong project delivery skills and obstacle resolution

• Experience with process improvement and automation

• Understanding of project governance and risk management

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM)

• Familiarity with RACF or mainframe security environments

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Analytical problem-solving mindset
