Description

Project Manager responsible for delivering banking projects within agreed time, budget, and quality targets. You will manage task delegation and priorities, ensure business requirements are complete, coordinate functional solution and IT architecture work, and supervise change and rollout implementations.

Responsibilities

• Delegate ownership for executing project tasks

• Set task priorities

• Prepare project-related proposals/offerings

• Deliver projects within timelines, budget, and quality constraints

• Ensure completeness of requirements relative to business client expectations

• Analyze and interpret client needs

• Design functional solutions and IT architecture

• Supervise and coordinate implementation of changes and deployments

• Manage work schedules for teams and vendors

• Monitor project KPIs/indicators

• Maintain and update project documentation

• Report and present project progress

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Ability to effectively manage projects

• Knowledge of project management methodologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with projects in regulated industries (banking/finance)
