Description

You will lead and oversee strategic finance transformation initiatives across accounting, reporting, planning, and controlling. The role focuses on coordinating efforts between Finance, Technology, Operations, and external partners while implementing modern finance platforms and improving existing business processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver finance transformation and change programs end-to-end

• Coordinate across multiple departments and external suppliers/partners

• Manage implementation of modern finance platforms and optimize current processes

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial controlling initiatives

• Monitor project risks and dependencies; verify quality of business deliverables

Requirements

• 3–6 years of project management experience, with emphasis on finance/accounting transformations

• Solid knowledge of General Ledger, financial reporting, and controlling processes

• Practical experience with leading ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)

• Strong communication skills and proven stakeholder engagement success

• Fluent English in speech and writing
