Description

You will lead banking-domain projects end to end, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality targets. The role includes delegating responsibilities, setting task priorities, preparing project offers, and ensuring requirements are complete relative to business stakeholder expectations. You will also design functional solutions and IT architecture, coordinate changes and implementations, monitor KPIs, maintain documentation, and present project progress.

Responsibilities

• Delegate responsibilities for executing project tasks

• Set task priorities

• Prepare project proposals/offerings related to initiatives

• Deliver projects within time, budget, and quality constraints

• Ensure requirements completeness vs. business customer expectations

• Participate in analysis and interpretation of customer needs

• Design functional solutions and IT architecture

• Supervise and coordinate changes and implementations/deployments

• Manage team and vendor work schedules

• Monitor project performance indicators (KPIs)

• Maintain and update project documentation

• Report and present project progress

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Ability to effectively manage projects

• Knowledge of project management methodologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in regulated industry projects (banking/finance)
