Description

You will support a strategic Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation initiative by acting as deputy to the Project Lead and coordinating delivery activities across a team of approximately 14 specialists. The work includes planning and driving progress for RACF Access Control, onboarding, and clean-up, while maintaining project control through reporting and governance. You will also help identify and implement automation opportunities to improve delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Lead with planning, coordination, and delivery of project activities

• Drive progress across delivery teams to meet milestones on time

• Run daily stand-ups, stakeholder meetings, and project workshops

• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items

• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and management presentations

• Ensure accountability and follow-up on agreed actions across stakeholders

• Support governance, reporting, and project control processes

• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve delivery efficiency

• Collaborate with IAM, RACF, Mainframe Security, and business teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in banking, financial services, or another highly regulated environment

• Strong experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Ability to drive delivery, manage priorities, and remove blockers

• Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives

• Solid understanding of project governance, reporting, risk, and issue management

• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
