Description

Own a key product area or cross-functional feature on an enterprise platform and deliver measurable business impact from concept to launch. Work directly with engineering leads, designers, data scientists, and teams implementing the platform at clients, using an agentic AI stack as part of how you build. Decisions are documented, and your work is measured in production within weeks.

Responsibilities

• Talk to clients and users directly; no layer between you and the people who use what you build

• Collaborate with engineering; specs are written to be executed

• Join releases, client requests, and planning; take operational responsibility early

• Define and track metrics; pull numbers and adjust course based on data

• Lead product strategy through execution and user engagement for the scope you own

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS

• End-to-end product/feature ownership; ability to explain what you decided, shipped, and what moved

• Fluency in the agentic stack: AI agents, skills, MCP servers, connectors to tools and data

• Technical fluency: read API docs, data models, and queries without help; prototype with current AI tools

• Data-backed decision-making using defined metrics

• Product judgment over process; know what to cut and why

• Clear communication in Polish and English (at least C1)
