Description

Own the strategy and roadmap for data products, defining vision, priorities, and measurable KPIs based on user and business needs. Lead discovery, validate stakeholder requirements, and drive data-driven product decisions in collaboration with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Software Engineering. Promote and implement an AI-first approach using modern AI and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for data products

• Manage product roadmap and prioritize initiatives

• Develop and support a team of Product Managers

• Conduct discovery and validate user/stakeholder needs

• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Software Engineering

• Monitor product and business metrics and make decisions using data

• Implement and advocate AI usage in product processes

• Ensure products meet business and regulatory requirements

• Present recommendations, results, and strategy to stakeholders and management

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with data-driven products

• 3+ years of experience in fintech or financial services

• Experience leading/mentoring Product Managers (around 3 direct reports)

• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, and KPI definition

• Practical experience working with data and making product decisions based on analytics

• Excellent SQL skills and ability to work independently with data

• Knowledge of data platforms/analytics ecosystems, especially Databricks

• AI-first approach with practical day-to-day use of AI solutions

• Familiarity with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot Agents (or similar)

• Experience with loop engineering: context management, tool orchestration, CI evals, guardrails, human-in-the-loop

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, analytics, and engineering teams
