Product Manager

Quick Facts

• Role: Product Manager (AI-first product building)

Description

Own and shape product work—from first rough idea through what ships—focusing on product intent, the user experience (flow and feel), and clear specifications. Write and maintain living markdown specs so agents, engineers, and clients can build from the same source of truth, using AI to track and follow up on product threads to get real answers. Delegate execution across AI and people, edit what comes back, and keep the team aligned.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product experience end-to-end for real users

• Own and maintain the product specification that drives the build

• Use AI to track and follow up on product threads with clients

Requirements

• Real curiosity; try new tools; follow where product and AI are heading; English at least B2

• Strong product judgment around flows, interfaces, and how the product should feel

• Sharp writing skills to turn messy ideas into buildable specs

• Technical ability to run a markdown repo with Git (branches, commits, pull requests)

• Fluency using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) for drafting and exploration; keep up with tool changes

• For more senior roles: several years shaping products reaching real users; set direction and defend trade-offs; own spec and project end-to-end; align team and client; mentor; surface risks early with options; represent product directly with clients (English at least C1)
