Description

Lead innovative AI projects end-to-end, focusing on agentic engineering for multi-agent chatbots and AI solutions. Own product strategy, roadmaps, and sprint plans, facilitate discovery and design sprints, and manage stakeholders across cross-functional teams. Advise clients on AI capabilities, trade-offs, and business impact while contributing to internal AI consulting and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI projects using Agentic Engineering from discovery through delivery and optimization

• Translate business needs into product strategy, roadmaps, and sprint plans

• Facilitate discovery phases and Design Sprints

• Manage stakeholders across cross-functional, international teams

• Own project governance: risk management, budget control, reporting

• Support clients in understanding AI capabilities and business impact

• Share knowledge to improve internal AI consulting and training methods

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, or related software roles

• Hands-on experience delivering AI projects with ownership of outcomes

• Experience across the full product lifecycle (discovery, scoping, delivery, evaluation)

• Practical understanding of agentic AI systems (multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks)

• Strong understanding of Agile software development (theory and practice)

• Workshop facilitation experience (Design Sprint/Discovery)

• Confident working with data and communicating trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders

• Fluent English and Polish (B2+/C1)

• Strong communication plus assertiveness and negotiation skills

• Experience using AI tools day-to-day and strong willingness to build AI-driven products
