Description

You will own the product’s day-to-day development direction—building and adjusting the roadmap and backlog based on customer needs, business goals, and measurable outcomes. You will run an AI-first workflow across discovery, validation, functional specification, clickable prototyping, and delivery with the engineering team. The role requires turning problems into solutions that can be tested quickly, with decisions supported by data.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction by leading the roadmap and backlog, defining priorities, and aligning customer needs with business objectives
• Identify the right problems via market research, customer input, and idea evaluation before execution
• Design and prototype with AI by turning ideas into functional specs and clickable prototypes for fast validation and smooth implementation
• Develop an AI-first product process across analysis, design, task preparation, code, and testing
• Own results by defining KPI, measuring impact of key initiatives, and making data-informed decisions
• Bridge business and technology by translating business needs into precise requirements and collaborating effectively with the engineering team

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of product management experience with the ability to independently drive product or a major product area
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and delivering value for business customers
• Active daily use of AI for product discovery, analysis, design, and prototyping
• Ability to build clickable AI-assisted prototypes and use them to validate ideas
• Ability to work with data: define KPI and use analytics to guide decisions (SQL or BI tools preferred/useful)
• Ability to analyze the market, assess business potential, and validate ideas prior to investing engineering effort
• Ability to create clear functional specifications and understand technical product aspects, including integrations and APIs
• Strong autonomy: takes responsibility for decisions and justifies priorities with concrete reasoning
