Description

Support Product Managers in product discovery, delivery, and day-to-day product operations for platform features across one or more product areas. Start with onboarding across the product, then take responsibility for real pieces of product work and—over time—own features, initiatives, and product decisions. The role is end-to-end accountable and benefits from technical fluency and familiarity with modern agentic AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Work on product areas or cross-functional features, supporting Product Managers across discovery, delivery, and operations

• Collaborate with PMs, join releases, address client requests, and participate in planning

• Take responsibility for product work from the first weeks and gradually expand ownership

• Work directly with engineering leads, designers, data scientists, and client implementation teams

• Participate in client conversations, product planning, requirement gathering, documentation, and release activities

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in SaaS as Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar

• Demonstrable end-to-end product accountability (before/decisions/shipped/impact/learning)

• Familiarity with an agentic stack (skills, MCP servers, connectors to tools and data)

• Technical fluency: read API docs, data models, and queries; prototype with current AI tools

• Product judgment: know what to cut and why

• Clear communication in Polish and English (at least C1)
