Junior Product Manager

Junior • On-site

Warsaw, Poland

Quick Facts

  • Role: Junior Product Manager (Junior / Early Career)

  • Domain: Logistics & transportation

Description

You’ll help develop a digital platform that makes transport simpler, faster, and more digital. You’ll lead discovery to understand real user needs, take ownership of product workstreams from hypothesis to delivery, and validate impact—working closely with developers and the product team. AI will be used as a normal everyday tool for research, feedback analysis, synthesis, and quick testing.

Responsibilities

  • Discover true user needs: run discovery, interview users, analyze feedback and data, define problems, and turn them into product solutions

  • Own product slices end-to-end: define hypotheses, prioritize work, set scope, support implementation, and verify outcomes

  • Collaborate with the team: refine solutions with developers and product colleagues and ensure good ideas reach users

  • Initiate, don’t wait for briefs: organize workshops, run research, facilitate brainstorming, or bring first solution proposals

  • Complete topics: validate hypotheses, manage delivery, and check results after rollout

  • Use AI daily: speed up research, feedback analysis, information synthesis, product materials preparation, and fast idea testing

Requirements

  • Junior / Early Career profile with evidence of product thinking through case studies, side projects, startup experience, or prior role projects

  • Ability to understand user problems, formulate hypotheses, and reach a reasonable solution

  • Comfort using AI regularly to accelerate work

  • Enjoys solving complex problems and working with complicated systems (logistics can be complex)

  • Ownership mindset: ask questions, find answers, and return with solution proposals

  • Strong organization and collaboration skills

  • Clear communication and ability to explain why a solution makes sense

  • English proficiency for smooth communication and working with product materials

  • Logistics/transport experience is an advantage, not required

Benefits

  • Real product impact: from day one, work on problems that affect real users and the platform’s development

  • Fast learning path: learn product management through real challenges (not only theory)

  • Modern tools and AI: room to experiment, automate, and test new approaches

  • Development investment: courses, training, and industry workshops

  • Good team environment: open communication, collaboration, and autonomy

  • Office near Warszawa Zachodnia: work from the office 4 days per week, with flexible hybrid arrangements depending on circumstances

  • Extras: personal trainer, gym, massages, and Enel-Med medical package
