Description

Join a key bank-merger integration program coordinating the Treasury and Markets streams. You will manage day-to-day project coordination, communication, meeting documentation, action tracking, and executive reporting. You’ll translate complex information into clear presentations for leadership and keep the integration on track by monitoring progress and escalating risks.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in daily project meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, compliance, product and legal)
• Prepare meeting minutes, document decisions, and track task completion
• Identify dependencies across workstreams and escalate risks, issues, and ambiguities to decision-makers
• Create clear slides, presentations, and management materials for Steering Committee and leadership communication
• Help maintain and update the project schedule and action register
• Coordinate ongoing communication with task owners inside the organization and external partners to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in project work or in a PM role
• Professional experience in Treasury/Markets
• Strong organizational skills and readiness for intense delivery in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical abilities: fast learning, identifying connections, and drawing key conclusions
• High communication skills for smooth collaboration with diverse teams
• High proficiency in PowerPoint (aesthetic presentations) and good Excel skills
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
