Description

You will manage IT maintenance projects in the banking domain, ensuring smooth delivery of backend-focused tasks. You will also supervise releases to production environments in line with banking regulations, security requirements, and corporate architecture.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead IT projects in banking according to the project management methodology

• Create, update, and monitor project schedules and track achievement of project goals

• Coordinate business, analytics, architecture, development, testing, and infrastructure teams

• Manage budget, risks, dependencies, and project changes; monitor impact on scope, timeline, and costs

• Organize and run project meetings, workshops, steering committees; report status to sponsors and stakeholders

• Oversee acceptance and deployment processes for backend solutions into production environments (banking regulations, security, and corporate architecture)

• Ensure effective communication across project participants; take corrective actions and escalate issues requiring management decisions
