Description

You will lead a large-scale transformation initiative in Wealth and Private Banking, owning the programme business case and resourcing strategy while managing complex technology delivery partnerships. You’ll oversee programme delivery and alignment with strategic objectives, manage ExCo-level stakeholders, and provide strategic guidance to support internal practice growth within wealth management accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the programme business case

• Identify programme resourcing needs and provide overall responsibility for resourcing

• Manage ExCo-level stakeholders

• Lead large-scale migrations

• Manage third-party technology delivery partners

Requirements

• Proven leader in Financial Services transformation

• Asset Management and/or Wealth Management experience and domain knowledge

• Experience managing ExCo-level stakeholders

• Experience managing third-party technology delivery partners

• Experience leading large-scale migrations

• Experience with mature, embedded agile methodologies

• Avaloq platform experience
