Description

Lead complex business and technology transformation programmes as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. Provide independent governance and assurance, translate challenges into actionable recommendations, and help ensure programmes deliver the intended business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, programme sponsors, and senior business leaders
• Translate complex business, technology, and delivery challenges into clear recommendations and actionable outcomes
• Provide independent challenge, assurance, and strategic guidance throughout transformation initiatives
• Facilitate executive workshops, steering committees, and governance forums
• Build credibility with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams through to board-level executives
• Own the senior day-to-day relationship for assigned client accounts, driving relationship health, client satisfaction, and account growth
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships across business and technology functions
• Create and maintain strategic account plans aligned to client priorities and growth objectives
• Identify, qualify, and shape consulting, advisory, and delivery opportunities
• Lead and advise on complex business and technology transformation programmes
• Provide senior oversight of programme, solution, and enterprise architecture activities

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience delivering and advising on complex business and technology transformation programmes
• Experience operating at Senior Manager/Consulting Manager/Programme Lead level (or equivalent)
• Strong client-facing consulting background
• Demonstrable experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience overseeing third-party suppliers and managed service providers

Nice to Have

• Experience across financial services, insurance, public sector, utility, retail sectors
• Ability to chair governance forums and steering committees
• Experience in cloud transformation or technology modernization
• Background in architecture or operational transformation leadership
