Description

You will oversee and control engineering project timelines across multiple trades. You will support project and technical team members in reaching milestones and project objectives, with a focus on early identification of schedule deviations and proactive risk management. You will analyze work packages for time-related risks, coordinate countermeasures, and provide progress analyses and status reports while maintaining transparent communication and updating engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control engineering schedules

• Support the project team in meeting milestones

• Analyze work packages for schedule risks

• Identify deviations early

• Manage schedule-related risks and coordinate countermeasures

• Create progress analyses and status reports

• Coordinate interfaces between trades

• Track agreed actions to completion

• Promote transparent project communication

• Maintain and update engineering-area tools used for planning and tracking

Requirements

• Experience in infrastructure projects in project controls, planning, or construction execution

• Basic knowledge of Deutsche Bahn processes

• Basic knowledge of the planning processes of the trades involved
