Description

You will manage the electrical and project parts of customer orders, ensuring high-quality execution, correct documentation, and delivery within schedule and budget. The role includes coordinating designers and electricians, checking technical documentation and switchgear quality, working with external partners, and solving deviations during realization. You will also lead and professionally develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and electrical portions of ongoing orders
• Assign work to electrical designers and electricians and monitor capacity
• Review technical documentation and switchgear from a quality perspective
• Coordinate external partners and collaborate with internal departments during implementation
• Handle deviations and problems during the realization phase
• Lead and professionally grow your team

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in electrical design or implementation of industrial automation
• EPLAN Electric P8 capability at independent design level
• Knowledge of designing, producing, inspecting, and verifying switchgear/control panels per ČSN EN 61439-1/2
• Ability to evaluate production documentation and results of individual piece verification
• Knowledge of ČSN EN 60204-1 and ČSN 33 2000
• Professional electrical competence per NV č. 194/2022 Sb. in the corresponding scope
• Orientation in PLC hardware (Siemens S7-1500, ET200), PROFINET, I/O lists, and frequency inverters
• Orientation in BOMs, cable schedules, terminal plans, inspection reports, documentation, and as-built documentation
• Independence, reliability, and decision-making ability
• Driving license group B and willingness to travel to customer sites
