Description

You will independently organize and manage crossing and right-of-way related contracts and approval procedures for an infrastructure project. The work includes coordinating external service providers, reviewing and releasing crossing documents, conducting crossing approval processes, and supporting the preparation and execution of negotiations with owners and public bodies. You will also capture conditions from the crossing management, communicate with relevant authorities, manage documentation, and verify fees and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Organize routes, intersections, easement (Gestattung), and special-use contracts for a line construction project and obtain them

• Support processing of the right-of-way concept for the project

• Commission, review, and release crossing documents according to project requirements

• Manage external service providers

• Conduct intersection/crossing permit approval procedures for the project

• Prepare and conduct negotiations with property owners, rights holders, associations, municipalities, and other public institutions

• Record supplementary terms/conditions arising from crossing management

• Communicate with public authorities and stakeholders

• Coordinate closely with the project team and the Project Advisor Crossing Management as needed

• Manage and document crossing management processes

• Prepare and execute document handover from the project

• Review invoices and fees

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree (university/FH) in Electrical Engineering or Surveying; or Meister/Technician qualification with relevant experience; or comparable training

• Preferred experience in overhead line and cable technology

• Safe work with common MS Office applications, databases, and SAP

• Good English skills in speaking and writing

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

• Willingness to travel and driver’s license class B
