Description

Lead overhead line (freileitung) projects in the high-voltage grid, covering both new construction and existing systems. Ensure project goals are met in time, cost, and quality by organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all relevant activities. Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders and represent the client on-site, supporting quality and change/add-on (Nachtrag) management.

Responsibilities

• Own responsibility for overhead line projects in the high-voltage grid
• Ensure time, cost, and quality targets
• Organize, coordinate, and oversee project-relevant activities
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team of internal and external specialists
• Serve as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to quality management and change/add-on (Nachtrag) management
• Represent the client at the construction site

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or business engineering (FH/Uni/DH)
• Ideally knowledge in overhead line, steel construction, or line infrastructure
• Project management experience
• Strong communication skills, confident presence, negotiation ability
• Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, ability to drive decisions
• Class B driver’s license
• Willingness to travel within Baden-Württemberg
