Description

You analyze incoming technical testing requests, assess qualification requirements, identify project risks, and set priorities. You coordinate internal interfaces on effort and capacity, propose suitable testing experts, and prepare decision-ready evaluation documents. From request intake through project start and after project completion, you maintain end-to-end oversight and support continuous process improvement while providing clear customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming technical inquiries and assess qualification requirements

• Identify project risks and prioritize testing tasks

• Coordinate interfaces on effort, capacities, and organizational framework conditions

• Propose appropriate testing experts for testing assignments and find alternatives when capacity is constrained

• Consolidate assessment results and prepare decision-ready documentation

• Support Sales with dependable responses and transparency for customer requests

• Manage the workflow from inquiry to project start and coordinate communication among stakeholders

• After project completion, capture and evaluate actual effort and drive continuous process improvements

• Support the technical department with technical and organizational topics

Requirements

• Technical or commercial vocational training (e.g., Industriekaufmann, Elektroniker, Mechatroniker, Technischer Systemplaner) or comparable qualification

• First knowledge of project and process management

• Knowledge of MS Excel or Salesforce

• Initial knowledge of plan review and acceptance testing services and understanding of related testing processes

• Strong analytical and evaluation skills

• Experience in resource and capacity planning

• German negotiation level (at least C1)

• Strong communication and coordination ability, organizational skills, and teamwork
