Description

Support the delivery of IT projects and initiatives by coordinating project activities, monitoring progress and schedules, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. Track tasks and deadlines, identify and escalate project risks, and report status using KPI indicators. Contribute to project governance processes and maintain project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Track task and delivery progress vs. deadlines

• Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks

• Report project statuses and KPI metrics

• Organize and run project meetings

• Collaborate with business and technical teams

• Ensure proper information flow between stakeholders

• Support governance processes and project documentation

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management

• Very good command of Polish

• English at least B2

• Strong organization and effective prioritization

• Good communication and ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups

• Proactive attitude to problem-solving
