Description

Support project delivery by coordinating project activities, milestones, and follow-ups, along with project documentation and reporting. Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources and prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses that enable better decisions. Develop Power BI reports and manage SharePoint project sites and repositories.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and project team in business and project initiatives

• Coordinate project activities and monitor statuses, milestones, and follow-up actions

• Create and maintain project documentation and reporting materials

• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to support decision-making

• Build and improve Power BI reports and visualizations

• Manage SharePoint project sites, project lists, and document repositories

• Support data quality activities and maintain project databases

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across organizational levels

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project support

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint

• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and analyses based on business data

• Experience managing project documentation and monitoring project progress

• Ability to handle large volumes of data with strong attention to data quality and consistency

• Strong organization and ability to work with many stakeholders

• English communication skills at least B2
