Description

Support IT migration initiatives by coordinating tasks, monitoring schedules, and assisting project execution according to the plan. Collaborate with international project teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow, and help manage project documentation and meetings. Track project indicators, identify risks, and prepare progress reports, using project management tools such as Jira.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tasks and support execution by monitoring timelines
• Work with international teams and stakeholders to enable effective communication
• Identify potential project risks and support mitigation activities
• Monitor project KPIs and prepare reports on initiative progress
• Participate in project meetings and support preparation of project documentation
• Use project management tools, including Jira, to support project delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting or coordinating projects
• Very good communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• English level at least B2 for daily international collaboration
• Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive, independent, and solution-focused approach
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under time pressure
• Nice to have: Experience with Jira
• Nice to have: Involvement in migration or transformation projects
• Nice to have: Experience gained in an international project environment
