Description

Tech Portfolio Lead / IT Portfolio Manager will coordinate and monitor a portfolio of technology initiatives across multiple IT domains and provide clear, consistent executive reporting for decision-making at CTO and management level. The role consolidates initiative status, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and progress, then turns them into analyses, reports, and presentations to support governance. The position requires a portfolio-wide perspective that connects information from multiple sources into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the technology initiatives portfolio across IT domains

• Consolidate project/initiative status, KPIs, timelines, risks, dependencies, and progress

• Analyze portfolio data to identify deviations, trends, potential issues, and intervention areas

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management (including CTO and directors)

• Translate data into concise insights, recommendations, and decision-support information

• Ensure reporting consistency and comparability across technology domains

• Collaborate with domain leaders, initiative owners, project teams, and key business stakeholders

• Monitor cross-initiative dependencies and flag portfolio-level risks

• Develop and improve how portfolio reporting and information presentation is done

• Prepare materials for status meetings, portfolio reviews, and decision sessions

Requirements

• Experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, Technology Portfolio Management, or managing IT initiatives

• Experience gained in a large, complex organization (e.g., technology, banking, telecom, insurance, e-commerce)

• Ability to consolidate information from multiple teams and build a complete view of initiatives

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, KPIs, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Jira)

• Ability to create concise, clear reports and presentations for management

• Very good communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders

• Independence, proactivity, and ability to identify topics needing decisions or escalation

• Ability to combine operational perspective with a broader portfolio and organizational goal view

• English C1 level
