Description

You will coordinate and deliver technology and business projects in an international environment using Agile practices. The role focuses on running Agile ceremonies, managing scope, schedules, dependencies and risks, and ensuring timely delivery of agreed outcomes. You will collaborate closely with IT teams and business stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of technology and business projects according to Agile methodologies

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, plan work, set priorities, and monitor progress

• Coordinate collaboration between cross-functional IT and business teams

• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers

• Monitor key project milestones and ensure on-time delivery of agreed results

• Prepare reports on progress, risks, and key project decisions

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, Product Owners, and project partners

• Support resource planning, production releases, and tracking of business benefits

• Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous process improvement

• Ensure delivery alignment with required standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Experience in managing projects and delivery processes in an Agile environment, ideally in large complex organizations

• Very good knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile approaches

• Ability to effectively manage risk, dependencies, project issues, and governance processes

• Experience working with technology and business teams

• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve problems effectively

• Independence, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset
