Description

Lead Agile delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and improving team delivery practices, while supporting the Project Manager with planning, status reporting, risk tracking, and release coordination. Coordinate dependencies between technical and business teams, manage Jira workflows/backlogs, and help with stakeholder communications (including occasional evening calls with the US team). Contribute to iteration planning and release readiness for an AI-powered fitness platform integrated with wearable devices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro) and support continuous improvement using Scrum practices and delivery metrics

• Support the Project Manager with ongoing project management: status reporting, schedule tracking, and risk management

• Support stakeholder communication, including the US team, and participate in selected evening meetings

• Plan iterations and coordinate releases, synchronizing teams and ensuring scope and timeline readiness

• Coordinate dependencies between technology and business teams; identify and resolve blockers and risks

• Organize and optimize work in Jira, maintaining task structure, workflows, and clear backlogs

Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial Agile experience (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead/Coordinator, Agile Project Manager or similar)

• Experience engaging beyond ceremonies: release coordination, progress tracking, and support for project management

• Practical experience running Agile ceremonies and strong Jira knowledge for team work organization and delivery transparency

• Availability for afternoon/evening meetings (approximately 2–3 times per week)

• Experience collaborating with technology and business teams and coordinating cross-area dependencies

• Experience managing the release process and development of mobile applications

• Very good English (minimum C1)
