Description

Lead, guide, and coach delivery teams to deliver high-quality, value-driven technology solutions aligned with evolving business needs. Champion Agile principles, manage scope and adaptive delivery plans, and ensure effective execution through stakeholder engagement, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement. Monitor delivery outcomes, manage budgets/resources and risks, and keep technology delivery aligned with business objectives and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach delivery teams on Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and success criteria

• Maintain adaptive project plans, sprint schedules, and backlogs; monitor progress and adjust priorities

• Manage project budgets, estimates, resources, and delivery timelines to maximize business value

• Ensure quality through regular reviews, testing, validation, and continuous improvement

• Foster high-performing, collaborative teams through leadership, feedback, and knowledge sharing

• Establish transparent communication and strong relationships with business, technical teams, and third-party vendors

• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and defects; facilitate timely resolution

• Manage vendor relationships; support Agile procurement activities and review Statements of Work/specifications

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

• Monitor team performance and delivery outcomes; drive improvements to processes and ways of working

• Ensure delivery remains aligned with business objectives, operational requirements, and technical standards

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Agile methodologies and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Relevant third-level qualification

• Agile qualification (Agile Certification, Scrum, or SAFe)

• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence (or similar)

• Experience with MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• 7+ years leading delivery teams in a fast-paced, challenging environment

• Experience with SDLC methodologies, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

• Proven track record delivering valuable outcomes

• Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and flexible; able to adapt to change and competing demands

• Experience managing vendor contracts

• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
