Description

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to support an international project delivery team. You will combine Agile delivery experience with strong communication and stakeholder management, acting as a Scrum Master and facilitating Agile ceremonies. You will also coordinate cross-team collaboration and track delivery activities using Jira.

Responsibilities

• Support effective project delivery in an international environment

• Act as a Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies

• Coordinate collaboration between teams and stakeholders

• Support communication, alignment, and delivery across the project

• Use Jira to support Agile delivery and track project activities

• Identify and help resolve delivery blockers

Requirements

• Strong experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master

• Very good knowledge of Scrum and Agile ways of working

• Hands-on experience with Jira

• Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment

• Availability to work from the Kraków office at least 2 days per week
