Description

The Agile Delivery Lead defines, monitors, and analyzes organizational delivery effectiveness. You will collaborate with management to design and implement organizational changes while converting data into concrete actions that improve processes and stakeholder satisfaction. The goal is to balance Agile flexibility with process and organizational structure to improve efficiency, including shorter delivery times and higher team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Define, monitor, and analyze effectiveness metrics

• Work with senior management to design and implement organizational changes

• Analyze data and translate insights into actionable measures

• Maintain a balance between Agile agility and organizational process

• Improve organizational efficiency (e.g., reduce delivery time and increase team productivity)

• Implement measurement approaches and support continuous improvements

• Actively collaborate with teams to improve delivery effectiveness and stability

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role focused on organizational effectiveness

• Experience defining, implementing, monitoring, and analyzing organizational and delivery effectiveness metrics

• Experience collaborating with management on organizational changes across multiple levels

• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into business actions

• Experience identifying bottlenecks and optimizing end-to-end processes

• Ability to balance Agile flexibility with process and organizational structure

• Documented results improving organizational efficiency with measurable outcomes (e.g., shorter lead time, increased productivity, improved quality/predictability)

• Experience supporting teams to improve delivery efficiency, stability, and predictability

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Lean Management, Kanban, and Continuous Improvement

• Experience implementing Flow Metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Predictability)

• Experience in Agile transformations across multiple teams or entire organizations

• Experience collaborating with IT Delivery Managers or technology organization leaders
