Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will translate client needs into concrete business and system requirements and partner with the technical team to find the best solutions. You’ll run workshops and discussions, model processes, prepare analyses and project documentation, and document integration solutions including APIs and data mapping. You will also use AI to support analysis (e.g., vibe-coding and rapid prototyping for demos).

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business and system requirements into solutions

• Conduct client discussions and workshops; ensure clear communication and manage expectations

• Assess feasibility of requirements with the technical team and propose alternatives when original assumptions can’t be delivered

• Produce analyses, model processes, and maintain business and system-level project documentation

• Design and document integration solutions, including APIs, data mappings, and system-to-system data flows

• Collaborate with developers to implement and refine requirements

• Independently lead analysis topics, identify improvement areas, and recommend solutions aligned with business needs

• Use AI to support analytical work, including vibe-coding and quick demo prototyping

Requirements

• At least 4 years of IT analysis experience

• Experience with clients in needs discovery, requirements collection, and solution proposal

• Business and system analysis experience

• Process modeling skills and ability to create project documentation (UML, BPMN)

• Experience collaborating with development teams

• Knowledge of APIs, system integration, and data mapping

• Experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies

• Ability to evaluate feasibility of requirements with the technical team

• Prompt engineering techniques and AI usage in analytical processes

• English level at least B2

Nice to have

• Experience preparing high-level system architecture proposals (HLD)

• Experience modeling system architecture and designing reusable solutions
