Description

You will lead end-to-end IT analytical work: coordinating parts of project efforts, estimating analytical and development tasks, and supporting system and business testing. You will identify system problems, propose business and technical solutions, maintain and ensure the quality and consistency of application documentation, and define standards for business-to-system analysis. You will also perform change impact analysis across business processes, applications, and integrations, acting as an expert between business and IT.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall or parts of IT project work (including estimating analysis and development tasks)
• Participate in system and business testing
• Identify system issues in IT applications/solutions and generate solutions for business and technical processes
• Collaborate with developers and business unit representatives to ensure delivery quality
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications
• Ensure completeness, consistency, and quality of analytical and system documentation
• Define standards for business-to-system analysis and support the team’s analytical skills development
• Perform impact analysis of changes on business processes, applications, and integrations
• Act as a specialist for designing solutions at the business–IT interface

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a systems analyst on software development projects (banking or insurance)
• Experience leading complex end-to-end analyses
• Experience modeling integrations (REST API, SOAP, Kafka, MQ)
• Experience analyzing data and modeling data structures
• Experience performing impact analysis
• Ability to run business-technical workshops
• Higher education in a technical field (computer science, mathematics, or similar)
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML (Enterprise Architect is a plus)
• Ability to write functional and system documentation
• Broad knowledge of IT solutions plus development methodologies, standards, and tools
• Experience in systems analysis and knowledge of data structures and integration technologies
• Ability to identify and visualize dependencies between applications/components
• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Strong communication skills; openness to change and collaboration
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Advantage: experience with Campaign Management projects
