Description

You will work on a learning platform focused on product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven insights to improve product performance and business outcomes. The role involves designing, executing, and analyzing complex experiments (including A/B tests) to support product and business decisions, working independently and collaborating with team leads and product stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design complex experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure business impact

• Define success metrics and apply statistical methods for reliable results

• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, engagement, and retention

• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for product improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve product performance

• Own analytical tasks end to end with team leads and product stakeholders

• Present findings and recommendations to support data-driven decision making

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, including strong hands-on Product Analytics

• Strong experience in product analytics and complex experimentation, including A/B testing

• Advanced SQL skills and solid knowledge of statistical analysis

• Hands-on experience with Tableau and BigQuery

• Experience analyzing user behavior, conversion funnels, and product performance metrics

• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights

• Ability to work independently

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
