Description

You will manage end-to-end delivery for GenAI-related applications and services, ensuring timelines, budget, and deliverables are met. You will coordinate communication between business, technology, and vendor teams, support Agile backlog management, and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations. You will also assist with release planning while ensuring security, compliance, and performance requirements are met, and track KPIs to report status and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines, budget, and deliverables

• Coordinate development of applications/services that adapt to changing business needs

• Support backlog management and ensure clear priorities for the development team

• Facilitate regular stakeholder communication on progress, risks, and milestones

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations

• Assist in release planning and ensure security, compliance, and performance requirements

• Track project KPIs and report status and outcomes to management

• Use project tools to support delivery

Requirements

• Fluency in English

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project coordination role, ideally in technology, banking, or insurance

• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and interest in applying AI solutions to business challenges

• Proactive mindset and strong organizational skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate stakeholders

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)

• General IT knowledge

• Experience in end-to-end project delivery in a technology setting

• Nice to have: German language skills
