• Mission: Lead small to mid-sized AI projects end-to-end, from initial scoping to production delivery.

Description

You will run delivery of AI projects with teams of 3–8 people and act as the day-to-day contact for client stakeholders. You will translate client needs into clear requirements, partner with the tech lead on solution design and estimates, and ensure production-quality delivery through testing, deployment, monitoring, and documentation. You’ll also support presales with scoping workshops, estimates, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run AI project delivery: delivery planning, backlog, sprints, scope, budget, and risks
• Convert client needs into requirements and work with the tech lead on solution design and estimates
• Support presales: scoping workshops, estimates, and proposals with sales and senior delivery leads
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders (product owners, IT, business users)
• Ensure production quality: testing, deployment, monitoring, and documentation
• Support the team by removing blockers and providing feedback
• Identify follow-up opportunities and help turn successful projects into longer partnerships

Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical role (developer, analyst, data engineer, or similar), with at least 2 years leading projects
• Ability to read architecture diagrams and strong understanding of APIs, cloud, and deployment to challenge estimates
• Experience with at least one AI/GenAI project (or strong personal interest)
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and agents, including where AI projects typically struggle (data quality, evaluation, hallucinations, model drift)
• Iterative delivery experience combined with managing fixed-scope or fixed-budget client projects
• Clear, structured communication in meetings and in writing
• Professional Czech and English; willingness to visit clients occasionally
• Ownership, optimistic, and problem-solving approach
