Description

You will develop and evolve enterprise backend applications using Java and Spring, contributing to both existing systems and new initiatives. The work includes designing and implementing new functionality, building and maintaining REST APIs and system integrations, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. You’ll ensure code quality, testability, and performance while collaborating with developers and architects in an international Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend applications in Java and Spring

• Design and implement new features

• Create and enhance REST APIs and system integrations

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Participate in component design and implementation decisions

• Maintain code quality, testability, and application performance

• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing solutions

• Collaborate with developers and architects in an international team

• Perform code reviews and participate in Scrum planning and delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial software development experience

• Very good knowledge of Java and the Spring Framework

• Experience building enterprise applications

• Practical knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations

• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL

• Experience creating automated tests and working with Git

• Ability to independently analyze and solve technical problems

• Team experience, code reviews, and Agile methodologies

• Fluent communication in Polish and English
