Description

Lead automation of microwave network infrastructure by standardizing network models, implementing automated testing, and developing automation components. You will work with international teams to support transmission network automation for microwave, optical, WDM, and IP technologies, ensuring standards compliance. The position also involves R&D and standards activities, with a focus on anticipation and AI-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Standardize network models by collaborating with international operators and vendors to define, promote, and validate NETCONF/YANG models; organize ETSI sessions and ensure standards compliance

• Design, test, and maintain automation scripts (Robot Framework) to validate network models with major vendors (Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, ZTE)

• Develop and translate automation needs into technical components; support deployment and ensure standards compliance

• Communicate effectively in English with international teams, vendors, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Java (Spring Boot) and Python

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, GitOps, Kubernetes, and containerized environments

• Knowledge of network management systems and protocols (SNMP, NETCONF/YANG, RESTCONF, APIs)

• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural, dynamic environment

• Autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong teamwork and adaptability
