Description

Analyze business requirements across mortgage credit processes, with special attention to post-sales workflows. You will prepare business documentation and a backlog for development teams, working with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders in Agile sprints. You will also maintain analytical documentation in Jira and Confluence, supporting quality and consistency while analyzing mortgage documentation using AI/GenAI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements in mortgage credit processes, especially post-sales processes
• Prepare documentation for analyzed business processes
• Create a business backlog for implementation by development teams
• Collaborate with development, analytics, and business teams during sprints
• Maintain and update analytical documentation in Jira and Confluence
• Support quality assurance and process consistency across mortgage product and credit risk assessment solutions
• Analyze the scope of information in documentation delivered to the mortgage process using AI tools

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including experience in the banking sector for mortgage credit processes
• Competence in business analysis of mortgage credit processes, especially post-sales processes
• Competence in business analysis using GenAI tools
• Ability to write prompts for LLM tools, including business-oriented agents, with basic testing skills
• Ability to prepare anonymized test data for testing AI agents
