Description

You will support a banking project related to digitization and improving sales processes and mortgage loan servicing. Your tasks include analyzing business requirements for mortgage processes (with emphasis on post-sale processes), creating analytical and functional documentation (including process diagrams), and preparing a business backlog for Agile delivery. You will also maintain analytical documentation in Jira and Confluence and help ensure consistency and quality of solutions tied to mortgage products and credit risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for mortgage loan processes, especially post-sale processes

• Prepare documentation for analyzed business processes, functional descriptions, and process diagrams

• Build and maintain a business backlog for development teams at Epic and user story level

• Collaborate with development, analysis, and business teams during sprints

• Lead and update analytical documentation in Jira and Confluence

• Support QA and solution consistency for mortgage products and credit risk assessment

Requirements

• Minimum 4.5 years of experience in Business Analyst service delivery

• Practical ability to define business requirements in the form of a Product Backlog using Agile methodologies

• Experience modeling and optimizing business processes

• Experience creating use cases and analytical documentation

• Experience developing quantitative analyses

• Experience gained in the finance/banking/insurance sector

• Ability to independently identify business challenges and propose solutions

• Participation in at least 3 projects delivered as a Business Analyst or Product Owner

• Higher education in economics or a technical field

• Ability to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders and to work independently
