Description

You will analyze business requirements for mortgage loan processes—especially post-sales—then translate them into a structured, prioritized backlog. You will also create functional descriptions and process diagrams so development teams clearly understand what to build and for what purpose. In addition, you will ensure consistency across mortgage process areas, including credit risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for mortgage loan processes, with emphasis on post-sales operations

• Document analyzed processes as functional descriptions and process diagrams

• Build and evolve the business backlog for development teams, from Epics to user stories

• Work closely with business, analytical, and development teams across sprint cycles

• Lead and continuously update analytical documentation in JIRA and Confluence

• Ensure solution quality and consistency across different parts of the mortgage process, including credit risk assessment

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Experience in the banking or financial sector

• Proficiency in analyzing and modeling business processes

• Ability to prepare backlogs at Epic and user story level

• Experience working in agile teams in a sprint rhythm

• Polish language proficiency at C1
