Description

Join a bank project developing and deploying AI/GenAI solutions to support business processes and operational automation. Work on large-scale data processing in Azure Databricks, build tools leveraging LLMs, and develop LLMOps processes along with knowledge bases and AI solutions for end users. You will analyze business needs, prototype use cases, and recommend optimal AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/GenAI solutions that improve business and operational processes

• Create data-driven solutions processing large volumes of data (including unstructured data) using Azure Databricks

• Design and implement LLMOps pipelines and test new capabilities in the Databricks ecosystem

• Analyze business requirements, prepare prototypes, and recommend optimal AI use cases

• Build and evolve knowledge bases; define skills and MCP-based solutions

• Collaborate with business teams to implement AI and process automation

• Promote AI best practices and support a data-driven culture

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of AI development support tools such as GitHub Copilot, Genie Code, or similar

• Very good Python knowledge and ML/AI frameworks

• Experience processing large volumes of data, including unstructured data

• Ability to identify processes where AI provides real value and assess when changing the process is a better solution

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, especially using AI

• Experience creating end-user GenAI and LLM tools, including testing, harness, and alignment

• Experience delivering end-to-end projects from problem analysis through solution delivery and implementation

• Practical experience creating, organizing, and using knowledge bases

• Practical ability to define skills and MCP

• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical topics to non-technical people
