Description

You will work on a long-term transformation project to standardize and digitize the corporate credit process in corporate banking. The role includes analyzing requirements with bank departments, modeling solutions in BPMN, and creating analytical documentation (including business cases) in Confluence and Jira. You will collaborate with business, risk, developers, and IT through delivery, supporting testing and rollout activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements with selected bank departments and support business users in defining and documenting functional requirements

• Design functional and system solution concepts: model processes in BPMN, prepare screen mockups, and define business rules

• Prepare analytical documentation in Confluence and Jira, including business cases

• Collaborate with business, risk, developers, and IT across all stages—from requirements gathering to implementation

• Support testing processes and coordinate testing activities during system change rollout

• Identify opportunities to automate, robotize, and optimize credit processes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a senior-level IT transformation project

• Experience analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements using Confluence and Jira, including business case preparation

• Practical knowledge of corporate banking products, collateral types, and contractual terms

• Practical experience mapping processes in BPMN

• Practical knowledge of PRINCE2, PMI, LEAN, or Six Sigma and experience in Agile/Scrum environments

• Fluent Polish and English (B2)
