Description

You will analyze business requirements for mortgage lending processes, especially post-sales workflows. You will document processes (functional descriptions and process diagrams) and translate findings into a business backlog (Epics and user stories) for development teams. You will keep analytical documentation updated in Jira and Confluence and support quality/consistency across related areas, including credit risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for mortgage loan processes, with emphasis on post-sales processes.

• Prepare documentation of analyzed business processes, including functional descriptions and process diagrams.

• Create a business backlog for development teams at Epic and user-story level.

• Collaborate with development, analytics, and business teams during agile sprints.

• Maintain and update analytical documentation in Jira and Confluence.

• Support quality assurance and consistency across process areas for mortgage product solutions and credit risk assessment.

Requirements

• Experience as a business analyst or proxy product owner.

• Experience in the banking or insurance sector.

• Practical skills in analyzing and modeling business processes.

• Ability to produce functional descriptions, process diagrams, and user stories.

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.

• Experience working in agile teams (sprints, collaboration with developers and business).

• Communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
