Business Analyst

Description

Support business and IT stakeholders by analyzing and documenting business processes for corporate lending clients. Model processes and system solutions using BPMN and UML, maintain analytical documentation (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, product backlog), and prioritize requirements in an Agile/Scrum environment. Verify solutions against business and financial-sector regulations and assist with UAT and acceptance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial sector (preferred banking; alternatively insurance or fintech)
• Practical knowledge of lending processes for business clients
• Ability to collect, analyze, and document business requirements
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML for process modeling
• Experience creating user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and managing a product backlog
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong collaboration with business, IT teams, and stakeholders
• Ability to run workshops and refine requirements independently (analytical thinking)
