• Role: GenAI Business Systems Analyst

Description

You will work in Scrum teams with client stakeholders to define requirements and specifications for building AI-based tools. Responsibilities include analytical workshops, preparation of functional analysis and system documentation, and collaboration with developers and testers during implementation. You will also support AI tooling development and change management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as Business-System Analyst, including at least 2 years in AI
• Experience creating requirements and analysis for building AI-based tools
• Knowledge of OpenAI and GenAI
• Experience with retail systems (preferred)
• Very good knowledge of UML and BPMN; work experience with Confluence, JIRA, and Enterprise Architect
• Practical knowledge of business analysis methodologies, including AS-IS process analysis and TO-BE process design
• Knowledge of integration topics including REST API and OpenAPI; ability to define and analyze integration contracts
• Ability to create and manage functional and non-functional requirements
• Practical experience writing User Stories
• Experience producing comprehensive system and analytical documentation
• Basic knowledge of IT technologies and architectures for transactional systems (APIs, databases, system integrations)
• Availability to appear in the Warsaw office for project workshops
