Description

You will support a project that covers the full lifecycle around mortgage credits—sales, servicing, and post-sales—along with credit risk assessment-related solutions. The work focuses on analyzing business requirements and processes, producing process documentation/diagrams, and defining backlog items at the Epic and user-story level. You will collaborate with development, analytics, and business teams and maintain solution consistency and documentation in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Experience working with Jira

• Experience working with Confluence

• Experience in business process analysis

• Experience creating backlogs at the Epic and user-story level

• Experience in a Business Analyst or Proxy PO role

• Experience documenting and modeling business processes

• Experience in mortgage credits, banking, and insurance
