Description

You will analyze business and system requirements for native iOS and Android mobile applications and translate them into functional and technical requirements for development, QA, UX/UI, and backend teams. You will support API/system integrations (REST/SOAP), define and analyze mobile analytics events (GA4/Firebase), review mobile UI flows (including documentation of screens and collaboration with UX/UI), and help with diagnostics by analyzing application logs.

Responsibilities

• Perform business-system analyses for mobile application development

• Gather, analyze, refine, and document business and system requirements

• Prepare analytical documentation, including mobile screen specifications

• Analyze API documentation and design/verify system integrations using REST and SOAP

• Model business processes, user flows, and sequence diagrams

• Define and analyze in-app analytics events using GA4 and Firebase

• Collaborate with UX/UI teams; analyze projects in Figma and verify usability of mobile flows

• Support developers and testers during implementation, testing, and deployments

• Analyze application logs, diagnose errors, and identify causes (e.g., via Kibana)

• Assess the impact of requirements on mobile implementation, testing, analytics, and maintenance

• Work with business and technical stakeholders in Agile/Scrum

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a business-systems analyst on projects involving mobile applications

• Experience delivering native mobile application development for iOS and Android

• Ability to gather, analyze, refine, and document business and system requirements

• Ability to convert business needs into precise functional and technical requirements for development, QA, UX/UI, and backend teams

• Experience preparing mobile application screen documentation/specifications

• Practical knowledge of API documentation and integration analysis using REST and SOAP

• Experience modeling business processes and creating user-flow and sequence diagrams

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Practical experience analyzing logs and diagnosing application issues (e.g., Kibana)

• Knowledge of Firebase

• Experience defining and analyzing in-app analytics events using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

• Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles for designing usable mobile flows

• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams and analyzing designs in Figma

• Ability to assess the impact of requirements on mobile implementation, testing, analytics, and maintenance

• Very good communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders

• Ability to work independently from business need identification through implementation support
