Description

You will analyze business and technical requirements for mobile banking applications, translate and clarify them with stakeholders, and design integration solutions using REST, SOAP, Kafka, and SQL. The role also involves modeling system architecture and dependencies (microservices/hexagonal), analyzing impact on existing transactional systems, and producing system specifications and technical documentation. Work includes workshops, alignment across business/UX/architecture, and maintaining project documentation in Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements for mobile banking app development

• Gather, document, and refine requirements with stakeholders

• Analyze complex banking systems and identify component dependencies

• Design integration solutions using REST, SOAP, Kafka, and SQL

• Create system specifications and technical documentation

• Model architecture and system dependencies using Enterprise Architect

• Analyze microservices and hexagonal architecture solutions

• Define integration contracts and communication rules with developer teams

• Assess change impact on transactional systems and mobile app components

• Coordinate with teams responsible for software release/delivery

• Consider technical constraints related to Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

• Conduct analysis workshops and align solutions with business, UX, and architecture

• Use AI tools to improve analysis and software delivery processes

• Maintain and update project documentation in Jira and Confluence

• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve project processes

• Work in Agile/Scrum/SAFe and DevOps environments

Requirements

• Experience in system analysis for mobile banking projects or mobile app development

• Knowledge of transactional banking systems

• Ability to analyze complex IT systems and interdependencies

• Integration experience and knowledge of SQL, REST, SOAP, and Kafka

• Knowledge of microservices and hexagonal architecture

• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Familiarity with software delivery tooling: Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

• Ability to independently lead workshops and obtain requirements from stakeholders

• Experience collaborating with business, UX, architects, and developers

• Ability to use AI tools effectively in software creation processes

• General knowledge of banking and the financial services sector

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to identify problems and dependencies

• Independence, proactivity, communication, and willingness to initiate improvements
