Description

Work on the development and maintenance of native iOS and Android mobile applications in the insurance industry. You will analyze business and system requirements, design user flows, and analyze API and analytics event integrations. You’ll collaborate with developers, QA, and UX/UI teams to support features from analysis through implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in projects involving mobile applications

• Experience delivering requirements for native iOS and Android mobile apps

• Ability to collect, analyze, refine, and document business and system requirements

• Ability to translate business needs into requirements for development, QA, UX/UI, and backend teams

• Experience preparing documentation for mobile app screens

• Experience with API documentation and integration analysis, including REST and SOAP

• Experience modeling processes, flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Practical knowledge of tools for log analysis and bug diagnosis (e.g., Kibana)

• Knowledge of Firebase

• Ability to define and analyze analytics events in a mobile application (e.g., GA4)

• Basic knowledge of UX/UI and principles for designing usable mobile flows

• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams and analyzing projects in Figma

• Ability to assess the impact of requirements on mobile implementation, testing, analytics, and maintenance

• Strong communication skills and experience working with different stakeholder groups

• Independence in conducting analysis from business need through implementation support

• Availability for hybrid work: at least 1 day per week in the client office in Warsaw (Wola)
