Description

We are looking for a Mobile Business Systems Analyst to support a financial-sector project. The role centers on analyzing business and system needs, translating them into actionable requirements for development, QA, UX/UI, and backend teams, and maintaining analytical documentation (including mobile app screens). You will also work with API documentation and integrations (REST/SOAP), model processes and sequence flows, analyze logs to diagnose issues, and define mobile analytics events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business-system analysis for mobile applications

• Elicit, analyze, clarify, and document business and system requirements

• Translate business needs into requirements for development, QA, UX/UI, and backend teams

• Create and maintain analytical documentation, including mobile app screen documentation

• Work with API documentation and analyze system integrations (REST and SOAP)

• Model processes, flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams

• Collaborate with UX/UI teams and analyze designs in Figma

• Support development and testing teams from an analytical perspective

• Analyze logs and diagnose errors

• Define and analyze analytics events in mobile applications

• Assess the impact of requirements on mobile implementation, testing, analytics, and maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in mobile application projects

• Experience in native iOS and Android application development projects

• Very good skills in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements

• Experience preparing mobile app screen documentation

• Experience with APIs and system integrations (REST and SOAP)

• Ability to model processes, flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Practical knowledge of log analysis and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Kibana)

• Knowledge of Firebase

• Ability to define and analyze analytics events (e.g., in GA4)

• Basic UX/UI knowledge and principles for designing effective mobile flows

• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams and analyzing projects in Figma

• Ability to evaluate requirement impact on implementation, tests, analytics, and maintenance

• Very good communication skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders

• Ability to independently lead analysis from business need to implementation support
